Can I cancel or return my Keeprr trunk order?
Each Keeprr trunk is meticulously crafted for you based on your customised order and, as a result, cannot be canceled or returned. We strongly recommend a thorough review of your order before placing it.
Why cant I find a fabric that I saw in one of your trunks previously?
Some of our fabrics are limited edition, and we’re always updating our collection with fresh, on-trend styles. Fabrics like the Mini Hearts and Ivy may have slight variations compared to previous versions, as the patterns are updated from time to time — so what you saw earlier might look a little different now.
If something catches your eye, we recommend placing an order soon before it’s gone. And if there’s a specific fabric you’re after, feel free to let us know — we’ll do our best to restock it if possible. We can’t wait to create a one-of-a-kind trunk just for you!
