Where do you ship?

We currently ship exclusively within Australia.

Can I make any changes to my order after I have checked out?

We cannot guarantee modifications to orders once they have been processed in our system. However, we understand that circumstances may arise. Please contact us promptly at hello@keeprr.com.au, and we will make every effort to assist you.

Standard Shipping

Our Products shipped via courier are sent as AUTHORITY TO LEAVE. (ATL) If you do not wish to have an ATL parcel and prefer a signed delivery, please contact us and there will be an additional fee.

If a shipment is delayed due to couriers - we will assist in follow up but it is outside of our control and we have no responsibility for the delay. 

Order Processing Timeframe
Please allow up to 10 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Please note that this timeframe does not include shipping time. If your order is urgent, we kindly request that you make contact with our team prior to placing your order to ensure that we are able to fulfil your order within your required timeline.

Can I cancel or return my Keeprr trunk order?

Each Keeprr trunk is meticulously crafted for you based on your customised order and, as a result, cannot be canceled or returned. We strongly recommend a thorough review of your order before placing it. Embracing the charm and natural imperfections of handmade pieces is essential, as variations in color, pattern, placement, and exterior composition are inherent to our craftsmanship. Please be aware that fabric print placement may differ, and we cannot guarantee that embroidery will not overlap with a print. Additionally, we may make occasional adjustments in fabric, font size, and lettering placement to enhance the overall aesthetics of our products. What happens if my order arrives incorrect?

Oh no! We do everything in our power to ensure your order is received exactly as it is placed, but due to the handmade nature, mistakes are possible. If your order is delivered with incorrect personalisation, please reach out to us within 3 days so we can work to solve this error. We want our customers to be thrilled with their purchase and are happy to help with any questions!

How should I store my Trunk?

It is recommended to store your Trunk in a clean, temperate space such as a bedroom or linen closet. Avoid storing it in a basement or attic where heat and humidity can fluctuate widely, and there is a higher risk of water entering. Proper storage conditions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your trunk.

What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are products that are purchased before they are in production. These items are clearly marked on our product pages, and we provide expected shipping times at the bottom of each product page. It's important to note that our quoted shipping time frames are estimates and not guarantees.
